Sirloin

How to cook:
Peel the sirloin, slice and grease with oil. Separately, bring to a boil 500 ml of water, add 100 g of Kralex Green Pepper Sauce and mix with a whisk for about 3 minutes. Grill the sirloin as you like. Serve on a plate with Kralex Green Pepper Sauce and arugula salad.
