    Kralex beef soup

  • 6000ml

    Water

  • 10g

    Kralex Savoarea borșului

  • 1000g

    Beef shank

  • 200g

    Onions

  • 200g

    Carrots

  • 200g

    Celery

  • 150g

    Bell peppers

  • 300g

    Potatoes

  • 400g

    Canned tomatoes (cubes)

  • 50g

    Lovage

How to cook

Cut the beef shank into pieces and boil it in water with a pinch of salt. Peel, wash and cut the vegetables into cubes. Wash and finely chop the lovage. When the meat is cooked, add the Kralex beef soup, onions, carrots, and celery. After 10 minutes, add the potatoes and the bell peppera. When the vegetables are cooked, add the Kralex Savoarea borșului and the tomatoes. Serve with chopped lovage.
