Sirloin with foie gras, asparagus and brown sauce

    Kralex Brown Sauce

  • 550ml

    Water

  • 2000g

    Sirloin

  • 1000g

    Foie gras

  • 1000g

    Green asparagus

  • 100g

    Oil

  • 100g

    Butter

How to cook:

Peel the sirloin, slice it and grease with oil. Separately, bring to a boil 550 ml of water, add 60 g of Kralex Brown Sauce and mix with a whisk for about 3 minutes. Blanch the asparagus in boiling water with a pinch of salt, put it on ice for a heat shock, then sauté it in butter. Grill the sirloin as you like. Serve on a plate with foie gras, asparagus and Kralex brown sauce.
