Spaghetti carbonara

Ingredients for10portionsportionportions:

  • 400g

    Kralex Carbonara sauce

  • 2000ml

    Water

  • 1000g

    Spaghetti no. 5

  • 300g

    Pancetta

  • 50ml

    Olive oil

  • 300g

    Parmesan cheese

How to cook

Boil the water with a pinch of salt. When the water boils, add the pasta and boil it as shown on the package. Separately, bring to a boil 2 litres of water, add 400g of Kralex carbonara sauce and mix for about 3 minutes. Sauté the pancetta in olive oil, add the Kralex sauce, and put the cooked pasta on top. Mix the pasta with the sauce and serve with Parmesan on top.
