Chicken breast with Paprika and Spatzle sauce

    Kralex Paprika Cream sauce

  • 1000ml

    Water

  • 1000g

    Chicken breast

  • 150g

    Flour

  • 100ml

    Oil

  • 100g

    Butter

  • 3

    Egg

    Eggs

  • 10g

    Salt

  • 2g

    Pepper

  • 50ml

    Parsley

How to cook

Cut the chicken breast into cubes, and sauté it in hot oil. For the Spatzle, mix the eggs with a vertical mixer, gradually add the flour, add salt to taste, stirring until you get a soft dough. Shape the dumplings with the help of a damp tea spoon or a special device (dumpling grater). Put the dumplings into a pot with boiling water and a pinch of salt. Separately, bring to a boil 1 litre of water, add 150 g of Kralex Paprika Cream Sauce and stir with a whisk for about 3 minutes. Put the sauce over the meat and cook them together for another 5 minutes. Serve with Spatzle in butter, with chopped green parsley on top.
