Vegetable broth

    Kralex vegetable soup

  • 4000ml

    Water

  • 200g

    Onions

  • 200g

    Peas

  • 100g

    Green beans

  • 100g

    Bell peppers

  • 200g

    Carrots

  • 200g

    Celery

  • 300g

    Potatoes

  • 10g

    Kralex savoarea borșului

  • 400g

    Tomato cubes

  • 50ml

    Sunflower oil

  • 50g

    Greens (parsley)

How to cook

Peel and wash the vegetables. Chop the onions, bell peppers, carrots, and celery into small cubes and sauté them them in oil. When they are done, add the water, peas, green beans and diced potatoes and the Kralex Vegetable Soup. After about 10 minutes of boiling, add the Kralex Savoarea borșului and the diced tomatoes. When the broth is ready, serve it with chopped green parsley on top.
