Chicken wings with Zingara sauce

    Kralex Zingara sauce

  • 1000ml

    Water

  • 2500g

    Chicken wings

  • 100ml

    Oil

  • 10g

    Salt

  • 2g

    Pepper

How to cook

Pluck the feathers from the chicken wings; wash and slice the wings. Mix them with the marinade made of salt, pepper, and oil. Put them in the pan with a little water and put the pan in the oven for 45 minutes at 170 degrees. Separately, bring to boil 1 litre of water, add 160 g of Kralex Zingara Sauce and mix with a whisk for about 3 minutes. Put the sauce over the meat and cook them together for another 5 minutes.
