Sweet paprika
Paprika is a red spice obtained by grinding dried hot peppers. It is used for seasoning soups, various meat and vegetable dishes, salads, cheeses. It is often used as a food colouring, colouring for instance mayonnaise and cream sauces, and also giving colour to marinated meats.
