Garlic flakes

Dried garlic flakes or slices are great for crunchy topping, as are ground walnuts, almond flakes or fried onions. It is excellent for interlarded meat, it can be a crunchy addition to various salads, and if crushed it can be used as a binder for baked dishes. Flakes rehydrated in a little warm water are recommended for sauces (including garlic sauce) or dressings.
