Hot paprika

Hot paprika is obtained by grinding certain varieties of hot, but not burning, peppers, like the renowned chili. The obtained powder can vary in colour from bright red to rusty brown. It is commonly used in the composition of many spice mixtures and various mixes. It is also used for seasoning meats, cooking goulash and various types of dishes.
