It is a dry product, a mixture of spices, extracts with dehydrated vegetables and fine aromatic herbs, created to balance the taste given by mutton tallow, which is sometimes unpleasant, personalising the sweetness of mutton. It is suitable for any part of the animal, as well as for rotisserie mutton, both as a covering marinade or as a seasoning mix for mutton dishes.
